Just some friendly drinks and discussions in Cleveland! Somewhat short notice on this but we've got a few already so drop something here and come by!

As you mentioned in the other thread, when it gets closer to the date and we have a better grasp on numbers I will call ahead and reserve a table under my name, which is Adam.
That way there will be no confusion over nerdy t-shirts and the like...though I will still be rocking my RvB duds undoubtedly. \o/

As far as I'm concerned about the friends and +1's the more the merrier! 
Everyone needs to be aware though that it looks like we'll be passing into large party territory which means extra gratuity will likely be added on automatically. If possible bring cash to pay for bills in case their splitting policy is a *****.

What does everyone think about name tags and such? I could buy a few and make them up before hand with a couple to spare in case??

It wouldn't be an issue really but if you can get them for free without getting in trouble or anything...well yea do that if it's not a problem  . Saves you all from reading my terribad handwriting more than once!
As for the 9pm question I'd have to agree with FugginNutz this should be rolling past 9 with no issues.

Alright with less than a week to go, it's time for an update! (OP has been updated as well)
So I called and asked if the had a side room for bigger parties and I'm not sure if it's private or what the case is but they said they did have one and it could seat at max 14 people. Luckily when I asked if people could be standing around she said it would be no problem.
SO bring some comfy shoes, some cool stories or questions if you're a noob, and again it would be a good idea to bring cash just in case since it would be unwise for any of us to put a card on the tab for the whole table.
The reservation: Adam, for 7:00pm on the 19th at the Cleveland Tilted Kilt. Only one had issues with the time thus it seems like it'll work fine for most so I'm calling it a go.
Keep us posted with your status throughout the week if you can but I'm not going to hassle anyone about it since I'm hoping this side room will be big enough to accommodate us all standing.

Also a few people did reply to me via eve-mail so everyone on the attending list is very much coming unless they bail! So bringing some empty ones might still be a good idea if anyone has them. I can bring a pen/marker.

Well I'd call that a success! Cheers to Fuggin for the beers at the end, and cheers to Lt Orion(I believe) for grabbing the extras on the bill to square us all out! Next time we try some place a little less occupied and more prepared for a truck load of nerds
Well I promised I'd set up a mailing list tonight but I totally lied and will def do it tomorrow

Good stuff about the mailing list, joining now. Yea once I got there and realized it was more like a restaurant and less like a bar, I realized we we're going to have some problems but thanks to those who stepped up and fixed them!
If you guys have pictures on your phones I'm sure we'd all like to see them, there was one posted to twitter but I saw quite a few flashes!

OK! Here's what were going to do, since there was a bit of debate on where to head for the next one - and I told you guys probably 100 times too many at the first meet that I'm new n clueless as a mother******* about what's what n where in this town. . .SO - we're all going to do a bit of research on places(me included) and inform the group what we've found. We can then vote on the suggestions and if there's a clear winner that's where we head next, otherwise we can chat about the options that remain.
 We're looking for internet, wifi or hard line-able, booze, and some kind of privacy. One of the issues I see us running into is if we have a butt load of people desiring to show up, we may have an issue with internet capabilities. Maybe the best option is to split the group for this roam? IDK but lets find some places first and test the waters eh 
Also if the roam is not the idea that speaks to the people then we can always just throw together another meet and attempt to find a better place for said gathering because that works just fine for me!
Cross-posted to forums and 'clevelandshoots' mailing list since I'm not certain all of you got on it. Also I've been in the ohio-pilots channel suffering from small-chan-tabitus but have only seen people who weren't at the meet! :scoof:

Well I had been meaning to send out another mass evemail but everyone else's apathy fueled my own. I'd be down for anything the group is interested in really - another meet at a better place works perfect for me. A roam or brawl works just as well.
I'll try to remember to send out a mass eve mail like for the first meet to see if we can't get everyone back on one of these threads for some discussion about time(assuming the place works) when I get home and onto eve.
